Workflow

In my time with 3d design I've always worked with Blender to make my projects and later started using Substance painter to make my creations really come to life.

I've worked with blender for more than 5 years now and still keep finding new ways to improve myself or to work more efficiently and always look for new ways to better my skills.

I start my work with either a given reference image or description of the preferred project whilst staying in contact with the commissioner for any direct changes they want during the process.

If I am not working on any commissions I sometimes work on my own projects, that either do or do not get done just to keep my skills from rusting and just because it is fun, here are some examples of some older works that were never finished:

When contact with the commissioner is properly kept and the design phase finished I work with a test, review and rework pattern. I brainstorm with the commissioner which direction they want the project to go or to advice them on possible routes that could make the project better. Ocationally I would have multiple versions of the work semi finished and give the commissioner the choice on which one they prefer. Research and other external information during the project are either gathered from the commissioner or by me during the design phase.
